Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain program governance structures to ensure compliance and accountability across all functions.
• Lead stakeholder engagement to define and document core program requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and implement robust program controls, processes, procedures, and reporting structures.
• Facilitate program approvals and documentation processes, ensuring all milestones are achieved.
• Oversee the execution of day-to-day program activities, aligning them with project management governance standards.
• Lead the creation and delivery of the Project Management Plan (PMP), ensuring necessary sign-offs are obtained.
• Manage risks, actions, issues, and decisions (RAID), mitigating obstacles to ensure successful program delivery.
• Monitor program status, including costs, schedules, and risks, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Oversee program budgets, ensuring expenditures are tracked and appropriate approvals are in place.
• Collaborate with Supply Management to coordinate procurement activities in line with program needs.
• Lead and motivate team members to achieve performance targets and drive benefit realization.
• Act as the primary contact for all customer-facing matters, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Promote best practices, continuous improvement, and lessons learned to enhance program management processes.

Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Project Management qualification (APM, Prince 2, PMP, or equivalent).
• Experience in managing procurement strategies and contract administration in the aviation industry.
• Ability to navigate complex environments and resolve multifaceted issues with a clear focus on program objectives.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse groups at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to think strategically and understand the broader objectives of the program, aligning them with business and strategic goals.
