Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our client’s dynamic team in Milwaukee. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers and dealers, facilitating the resolution of inquiries and issues. Your professional demeanor and ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders are essential to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls in our Customer Service Call Center, utilizing various systems and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to address questions and concerns.
- Respond to a wide range of inquiries, making independent decisions and working closely with various departments to resolve both routine and complex customer issues.
- Maintain a professional and concerned demeanor in all customer interactions.
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the system.
- Stay informed about our products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within a call center environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make independent decisions.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, Monday through Friday, between 8:00 am and 7:00 pm.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A deep understanding of Harley-Davidson products and services is highly desirable.
