STS Line Maintenance
STS Line Maintenance is hiring Aircraft Maintenance Planning Coordinators in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In this full-time role, you’ll work directly with our maintenance team and customer personnel to organize scheduled work, assign tasks, and ensure that all materials, tools, and data are available before aircraft arrive. If you’re detail-oriented, self-motivated, and ready to support critical flight operations, we want to hear from you.
Pay and benefits will be discussed during the interview process. All candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Retrieve and organize work documents for inbound aircraft
- Communicate with customer planning teams and technicians
- Locate and provide required technical data to the maintenance team
- Coordinate parts and materials with the materials department
- Build technician assignment sheets to support shift workload
- Review and execute 3-day maintenance plans
- Assist the station manager with job-related reporting and data tracking
Required Qualifications
- Airbus A320 technical proficiency is required
- A&P license preferred
- Strong critical thinking and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for the past 3 years
- Excellent communication skills; Spanish fluency is a plus but not required
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
Work Environment & Physical Demands
- Primarily office-based work with some ramp/aircraft access required
- Must be able to talk, hear, stand, walk, climb stairs, lift up to 40 lbs., and use hands and arms to handle tasks
Schedule
- Full-time position
- Primary shift: 3:30 p.m. to 1:30 a.m.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays as scheduled
