This role is designed for a highly motivated sales professional who can develop, manage, and grow strategic accounts while leveraging STS Component Solutions’ extensive portfolio of OEM parts and services.
What You’ll Be Doing

Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring customer needs are met while advocating for STS Component Solutions’ service offerings.
- Conduct regular touchpoints, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and document customer interactions in Salesforce.

What We’re Looking For
- Proven sales experience in aviation, aerospace, MRO, or OEM markets.
- Strong relationship-building skills with a track record of managing high-value customer accounts.
- Highly proficient in Salesforce or other CRM tools for pipeline and account management.
- Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and drive strategic growth.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% for customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
