STS Line Maintenance

STS Line Maintenance is hiring A&P Mechanics in Fort Myers, Florida (RSW)! We’re looking for highly motivated Aircraft Maintenance Professionals ready to help grow our station and provide exceptional service to our airline partners.

About the Role

As an A&P Mechanic, you’ll play a critical role in supporting daily line maintenance operations. From troubleshooting and inspections to repairs and quality assurance, your work will ensure aircraft stay airworthy and flight-ready. You’ll collaborate with flight crews, maintenance controllers, and local leadership to get the job done right.

Key Responsibilities

  • Report directly to the Line Maintenance Station Manager and Leads
  • Perform maintenance on transport-category aircraft (Airbus A320, CRJ, Embraer 170, etc.)
  • Troubleshoot, inspect, test, adjust, and repair aircraft airframes and engines
  • Use technical manuals, schematics, and test equipment to identify and resolve issues
  • Replace or repair components using proper tools and safety protocols
  • Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Maintain the highest level of safety, compliance, and quality
  • Adapt to a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays

What We’re Looking For

  • FAA-certified Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Mechanic with a clean record
  • 2+ years of recent experience working on commercial or large regional aircraft
  • Experience in a Part 145 repair station or under Part 135 preferred
  • Familiarity with aircraft documentation and maintenance specifications
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb stairs and ladders, and work on your feet
  • Must have a complete standard tool set (specialty tools provided)
  • Able to pass background check, drug & alcohol screening, and secure CBP clearance
  • Inspection Authorization (IA) a plus

Pay & Benefits

  • Pay Rate: $32 – $40 per hour (based on experience and training)
  • Full-Time Benefits: Paid Time Off (PTO), Health Insurance, 401(k)
  • Part-Time: No benefits offered
