IT Systems Engineer

STS Technical Services is hiring an experienced IT Systems Engineer in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This role is 100% onsite and involves critical support and management of IT infrastructure, ensuring network and system security while supporting a growing manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Microsoft MDM / Intune policies.
• Administer and maintain Azure and Office 365 environments.
• Manage server and domain infrastructures, ensuring seamless operations.
• Monitor and secure network and system environments.
• Install, configure, and maintain both hardware and software.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues efficiently.
• Maintain detailed system documentation and reporting.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure robust backup and disaster recovery strategies.
• Adapt quickly to new technologies and tools.
• Execute other tasks as required to support operations.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related IT field preferred.
• Experience: 3+ years in system administration or a similar role.
• Technical Skills:
  • Advanced knowledge of Azure, Office 365, and Intune MDM.
  • Extensive experience with domain and server infrastructure management.
  • Proficient in network and system security.
  • Strong knowledge of hardware and software installation.
• Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing technologies.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
