Job Summary:

STS Technical Services is seeking experienced Welders for direct hire positions in McConnellsburg, Pennsylvania. Join a reputable company and enjoy competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth.

Position Responsibilities:

• Operate welding equipment to build high-quality parts and finished products.
• Perform welds in flat, vertical, or overhead positions.
• Use overhead cranes to maneuver parts.
• Follow blueprints and verbal/written instructions.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.

Pay and Benefits:

• Pay: $21 – $24.65/hour (based on experience)
• Shift Premiums: Available for 2nd & 3rd shifts
• Overtime: Potentially available on Saturdays and Sundays
• Merit Reviews: Twice yearly, up to $0.60/hour increases
• Annual Performance Bonus: 5% goal
• Tuition Reimbursement: Up to $10k annually

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 months welding experience (education or work)
• Preferred: Welding Certification and 1+ years of welding experience in manufacturing

Shifts:

• 2nd shift: 4pm-2am
• 3rd shift: 7:30pm-5:30am or 8pm-6am
